The Associate Creative Director will help lead a growing team of creative talent out of our Dublin HQ. This role reports to the Global Head of Creative in our San Francisco office, aligning on company vision to push the creative offering into new and constantly innovative directions. The best fit for this role will be a storyteller who understands the power of narrative to move people and shape strategic imperatives.
Paramount in this role is multidisciplinary creative thinking. Your background mightn’t be a traditional agency path. Perhaps you come from the world of film, or architecture, or fabrication, or mixed reality media. What matters most is that you start with story and imagine ways to bring that spirit to life in the most compelling way, across physical, digital, virtual space—or all three. As a brand experience agency, we are agnostic in terms of platforms and media. Our stories go where their audience lives, and we don’t constrain how an experience might express itself. As a department leader, this ACD is expected to both set and demand a standard of creative excellence in the work, while also operating at a macro level, pitching new concepts to clients.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 8-10+ years experience in a creative field

The Brand Designer will join a growing team of creative talent out of our Dublin HQ. and report to the Global Head of Creative in our San Francisco office with daily direction from the Senior Designer on the projects. This job requires strong typographic and layout skills, strict attention to detail, and outstanding organizational, project management, file-organization, and archiving skills.
Paramount in this role is thorough training in graphic design and typography, experience following brand guidelines and adherence to exacting executional standards.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in graphic design
- 3 years minimum in a creative field
- A portfolio demonstrating outstanding design work

- Deep understanding of typography

The Marketing Manager will manage all aspects of public-facing brand messaging, marketing strategy, and timely, relevant content. This person will report into the Director of Client Partnerships and will play a pivotal role in shaping the continued growth of Cogs & Marvel as a brand partner that delivers innovative, story-based brand solutions across environments, physical, digital and virtual. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, adaptable, and creative marketing manager, helping to drive business growth and global brand awareness into 2021.

This role will:
- Collaborate with Cogs & Marvel leadership team to develop and drive global marketing plan
- With input from team, drive and activate content strategy, including developing relevant, creative and innovative thought leadership pieces, case studies, and employer brand content.
- Manage website, updating web pages, uploading and managing content, and ensuring optimisation for SEO.
- Design & manage digital strategy for Cog & Marvel social channels, creating dashboards and reporting monthly.
- Research, manage and gather submissions for global awards in line with positioning strategy
- Develop, draft and drive execution of case studies and testimonials.
- Oversee & manage library of images / assets / marketing materials
- Run and manage lead generation and brand awareness campaigns throughout the year for Cogs & Marvel brand and our clients.
- Ensure all brand style and creative standards are adhered to across channels and communications and assist with channelling brand standards across the business.
- Support on market research - monitoring industry trends, competitors and supporting pitches
- Work with an internal leadership team to develop monthly reporting and measurement mechanisms to analyse campaign success.
What would we love to see in you?

You are likely a Senior Producer with a desire to step into an EP role and build an exceptional team and production practice. The role requires someone who can both delegate and execute depending on the project needs. This person will be a creative thinker who is always game to innovate and push the work, serving the creative vision and working seamlessly with our internal team and external vendors alike to execute a range of complex, multi-dimensional programs, and productions for our clients. Our clients range from Fortune 50 creative and tech companies to boutique lifestyle companies across varied sectors.
You’ll need to:
- Represent and execute the integrity of the creative treatment in all deliverables
- Own & manage all project schedules and staffing plans
- Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all clients needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely fashion
- Communicate clearly to the client and internally the following info: assigned program roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, workback schedules and program status/action item
- Be comfortable working with people at all levels and lead a cross-functional team

- 8+ years of experience leading and producing complex creative experiences including large live & digital brand activations and corporate events

- Experience with a variety of types of events & experiences, including brand activations, pop up experiences, corporate events, and global campaigns
- A relentless drive to deliver the creative vision at the highest level

- Comfort with concepts that cross environmental, digital and virtual realms
