Adobe Field Trip 2020 Case Study Video

The Ex Awards are known globally as the largest recognition program for experiential marketing, and we’re so thankful to Event Marketer for this honor of winning Gold for Best Use of Pandemic-Era Event Technology!

With the pandemic forcing us to stay apart, our industry was challenged to rethink the traditional in-person structure of experiential activations. We knew that simulating a physical gathering through video links wouldn’t cut it for this audience, so we set out to create a hybrid, live, and virtual experience that pushed boundaries further than ever before. 

For Adobe’s Annual Field Trip in 2020, we created a weeklong multi-channel experiential narrative that moved from studio, to screen, to immersive virtual lands, and we guided the journey with a bespoke app. Since then, our capabilities have grown alongside the most recent technological advancements, and we smashed expectations with our 2021 iteration
