Avalara's Engineering team across the globe were seeking an opportunity to connect on a shared vision and future business goals.

We helped them to design and manage an ambitious Global Town Hall event programme, with a week that combined business updates, technical workshops, and cultural experiences to strengthen team cohesion.

Kicking off at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, London, Avalara’s European team enjoyed 5 days of meetings and events, before our focus shifted to Seattle to turn the city orange, and repeat the programme for Avalara’s North American workforce.
