They all understand what it takes to deliver work that is strategically sharp, creatively strong and operationally sound. Their appointments strengthen the team at exactly the right moment.”
Hina Mistry, Managing Director, EMEA:
“What stood out to me about Cogs & Marvel from the very beginning was a people-first culture built on listening to understand before moving to solutions. That approach creates real clarity, strong relationships and an environment where talented people can do their best work. I'm looking forward to helping shape the next stage of growth across EMEA, building trusted client partnerships and ensuring we continue to deliver work that is creatively ambitious and meaningful for the people it reaches.”
Terry Olivo, Creative Director:
“The opportunity to help shape the creative direction of Cogs & Marvel in EMEA is hugely exciting. The agency has a strong culture and a real appetite for work that connects brands with audiences in meaningful, memorable ways.”
Amanda Alexander, Business Development Director, EMEA:
“Cogs & Marvel has brilliant people, loyal clients and a strong ambition for growth. I’m looking forward to building new relationships and helping more brands understand what we can deliver together.”
Eliza McLaughlin, Head of Production:
“Returning to Cogs & Marvel after maternity leave and stepping into the Head of Production role has been equal parts terrifying and exhilarating, which is probably a good sign. It’s exactly the kind of challenge I love.
For me, production has never been about saying no. It’s about finding smarter ways to say yes, protecting creative ambition while delivering with confidence and care. I’m looking forward to building on what we’ve already created together and helping our team do the best work of their careers.”
